There was not the "binoculars" the problem. Titanic hight's speed is 23n. In the tragedy night, Titanic has 20n, what means to much speed. If the captaine was listening to M.Ismay, there were capapble to view the iceperg in time.

amazing blades, 1 small problem, the middle propeller couldnt be put into reverse, only the port and starboard one, and the rudder was over the middle one, how could it turn well while in reverse!.. answer it couldnt, and unforutanly, we all know what happened to the titanic!

it was never confirmed that they tried to put the propellers in reverse...what is sure, is that anyway a 46 ton ship can't be manouver easily...they were all so confident than even if they hit an iceberg nothin will happen to the ship

They were too confident that the ship was unsinkable, but things are never as they seem and more care should have been taken as they couldn't really see at night and they knew the dangers, but it happened it sank and became one of the biggest disasters in history because of it.
