Salut,

Bonjours
“une erreur interne s’est produite: win32 api error (unknown error — FormatMessageW Failed) when calling HttpSendRequest from private_AgHttpClient_post_L”
lightroom 1.3.1
2.2 noyau 1.2.0
windows xp
y a-t-il quelque chose à faire?
merci Michael
Lightroom affiche l’erreure suivant:
An internal error has occurred: Win32 API error (unknoin error — FormatMessageW failed) when calling HttpSendRequent from private_AgHttpClient_post_L
[OK]
I was wondering if you can add the ablity for exporting with previous settings. I have having to login all the time and still select the same album if I already set images there.
Would be nice to save a preset that actally works with this plugin. Oh and a feature to create a album automaticly (if a user wanted) With the current foldername in lightroom.
Bonjour.
The plug-in had an internal error while opening the Export dialog.
GalleryUploadExportDialogueSections: 39: attempt to index field ‘?’ (a nil value)
– JB

Bonjour Arnaud
First of all Thanks and congratulations to that fantastic plugin! It works perfect and especially the feature for changing the “Gallery Metadata” is a great idea!!!
I have one very important suggestion and I hope You can help me there:
Most photographers write the title of a photo in lightroom not in the title field You are using but in a different field called “headline” because it has more space for caracters to write in and is the international used field for it.
For me and maybe many other photographers as well, it would be a enormous help if You could change this part or add the “Headline”-export possibility.
I hope You get this email and answer me soon.
Merci beaucoup
Dieter
Plug-in error log for plug-in at: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Modules/Gallery.lrplugin
**** Error 1
The plug-in had an internal error while opening the Export dialog.
GalleryUploadExportDialogSections:39: attempt to index field ‘?’ (a nil value)
Tout etait bien avec version 2.0.

I am trying to download the plugin for Lightroom 3 to Gallery 2 and I keep getting this page. Do you know how I can get the plugin?
Thanks,
Katrina
I see I’m not the first person to report this, although in my case the problem is with the Windows version of Lightroom 2.1, your gallery plugin (and everyone elses) generates an internal error while opening the Export dialog.
GalleryUploadExportDialogSections.lua:39: attempt to index field ‘?’ (a nil value)
Thanks for doing something to keep this project alive!
If you can figure out how to improve the folder listing so that there is a recursive, hierarchical list instead of the one long file that we get now (very painful with hundreds of folders) that would be fantastic!
This is a nice idea, I’ll check what I can do (with the UI elements available in Lightroom) !
[...] Lightroom vers Gallery [...]
Hello,
I was very enthusiastic about this plugin as I just setup Gallery 1 and I use Lightroom.
However when pressing ‘Log in’ in the Export window I receive an error message:
“Warning: Could not establish a connection to the remote Gallery.
Also make sure the remote module is enabled in the Gallery installation.”
I also would like to mention that the Java based Gallery Remote application *works* from the same machine!
My configuration:
Gallery v 1.5.10
Lightroom 1.3
Client Op. sys: Vista
My server settings in the plugin:
Server URL: http://luke.webhop.org
Username: xxxxxxxxx
Password: yyyyyyyy
Thank you for your help.
Et là ça marche pas : Could not establish a connection to the remote Gallery.

I got the plugin installed and connected to my Gallery2 server pretty painlessly. HOWEVER I am having big problems with this plug in when used with LR2Mogrify. It will only allow me to export certain images from LR 2.4 to Gallery2.
set up:
LR 2.4 (64-bit) OS Vista Home Prem
Original file format: Canon RAW
other plugins used: LR2/Mogrify
Processes I have tried:
1. try to export 40+ images at once with LR2/Mogrify enabled
result: SOME images upload with LR2/Mogrify changes others fail to upload
2. try to export 1 image at a time w/ LR2/Mogrify enabled
result: SOMEimages do upload, some don’t pattern to which do or not (at least no pattern I can see)
3. tried to import 40+ images w/o LR2/Mogrify disenabled
result: items uploaded no errors
4. tried to import 1 image same that failed previously LR2/Mogrify disabled
result: items seem to upload
Please help, not sure why some pictures within the same batch would convert/upload and some won’t. I like the Plugin, but have had to spend way too much time troubleshooting why it’s not working consistently. I need to use it with Mogrify for my workflow. Have there been others who have had similar problems?
Are you still happy to maintain this plugin? I use it and it has problems under the Lightroom 3 beta because it uses some deprecated functions. If you are no longer planning to actively support the plugin I’m happy to make the changes myself. There are also some LR3 specific extensions it would be nice to see (e.g. make it a Publish Service) so would be interested to hear your thoughts about this.
Thanks,
Matt
Thanks for the proposal!
I still plan ton maintain the plugin, at least as long as I will be using LR and Gallery. However, any kind of help is welcome.
Regarding LR3, the SDK has not been published yet, as far as I know. So I will work to make the plugin compatible with LR3 when it will ship.
I also had a look at the publish service. I find it nice, however, it think it is much more appropriate to Flickr than to Gallery because Flickr acts as a big repository in which you publih your picture and then you modify your albums. Gallery (1, 2 and also 3) requires you to publish the picture is the target album. Because of this, we would need to have a “publish service” for each and every album of Gallery in which you plan to upload pictures.
Thanks for the clarification.
I noticed that your plugin code originated from the lr-to-gallery sourceforge project. Have you ever considered merging this branch back into the original project? I’ve been talking to the owner of the project and have commit access so it still is alive, and it would be easier to provide assistance if the project was maintained somewhere public. Feel free to email me to discuss further.
I wouldn’t write off the Publish Service concept just yet. After reading forum feedback it sounds like it may support album based publication better than you think. Time will tell I guess.
In the mean time, I’ve uploaded a patch here:
http://thephotogeek.com/download/plugins/lightroom2gallery_2_0_3-Patch.zip
It overwrites two files in the version 2.0.3 release to make the following changes:
- replaced use of function no longer supported in LR3 (LR2 SDK states withCatalogDo will not be supported by LR3)
- fixed minor typo in TranslatedStrings_en.txt
I’ve confirmed it works with LR3 but haven’t tested older LR versions yet.
Many thanks,
I’ll have a look and release a 2.0.4 version this weekend!
Let’s discuss this by email.
Regarding the publish service, I’m not closing the door. I’m waiting to see if a later beta or the definitive release of LR3 will change something and make it more “usefull” for Gallery users.
