The information below describes the Titanic mailing list as it appeared in March 1998.

Despite the presence of a newsgroup (alt.history.ocean-liners.titanic) many enthusiasts prefer to use the mailing list. Postings on the mailing list do not appear in the newsgroup (and visa versa)...beware!

To join the mailing list, send an Email to titanic-discuss@silverquick.com with a blank subject and the words "subscribe titanic" (minus quotes) as the body. If you wish to receive the digest (all the messages in one big message per day), use "subscribe titanic-digest" (minus quotes).

You can unsubscribe easily, just repeat the above using "unsubscribe titanic" or "unsubscribe titanic-digest" (both minus quotes) as appropriate.
